There is no phone line and no support desk. Fibrae is a small operation, and email is the honest version of what we can actually answer.
Support and bugs
Something broken, something confusing, or something that should exist and doesn’t — write about support.
It helps to say what device and browser you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are welcome. Please don’t paste the contents of a canvas you wouldn’t want read — we never see your work otherwise, and we’d rather keep it that way.
Privacy, and deleting your data
Your canvases live on your own device, so most of what people mean by “delete my data” is something you can do yourself by clearing the app’s storage in your browser or removing the app. What we hold is limited to the sign-in record and subscription status described in the privacy policy.
To have that record deleted, or to ask what is held about you, send a data-deletion request. Send it from the email address you signed in with, so it can be matched to the right account. These are answered within 30 days.
Billing and subscriptions
Fibrae is free for 14 days, then $5.99 a month. Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed by Google Play, and subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe — cancelling is done wherever you subscribed.
If a charge looks wrong, a cancellation didn’t take, or a subscription isn’t being recognised on a device, write about billing. The terms cover what happens to your canvases if you stop paying: they are written out to a folder you keep, never held back.

Fibrae is made and operated by Shetty Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Jersey, United States. The same entity is named in the privacy policy and the terms of service, and is the publisher of the Fibrae Android app.
